(such as 4 walls, ceiling and floor). Are there any sources of unusual heat or vibration near the cellar? (Next to furnace room, under sunroom, near mechanical room, etc.)     Are there any obstructions in the room that would prevent a complete vapor barrier? (ductwork, pipes, floor drains, etc)     How will the floor in the cellar be finished?     Is the cellar interior wood framing or steel? Build walls of 2x6 lumber 2. Place a bead of silicon caulk under the bottom plate 3. Make inside corners solid, using (5) 2x6’s per corner 4. Cellartherm is a spray on system, so all exterior walls must be in place 5. Do not add vapor barrier, (Cellartherm is a complete vapor barrier) 6. Make sure rough electrical and plumbing is in place
